Fermipan Yeast - all-purpose fast-action baker’s yeast
Instructions: Add one tbs of sugar to 300 mL warm water, followed by 7 g of Fermipan Yeast and mix. Add 500 g baking flour, tsp of salt, then kneed for 10 mins. Prove for 2 hrs at 30°C, then kneed and prove for 20 mins. Bake at 220°C for 24 mins in a pre-heated oven on a baking stone. Allow to cool for at least 1 hr before serving.
Ingredients: Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (yeast).
